About Dan Reeb
Dan Reeb is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Centennial Peaks Capital, LLC, where he advises lower middle market business owners on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. Dan is known not only for his deep financial expertise but also for his practical, people-first approach. He prides himself on building trusted relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, family business owners, and management teams—guiding them through some of the most important decisions of their professional lives. Over the past 25 years, Dan has worked with companies of all sizes—from Fortune 500 corporations to privately held businesses—across sectors such as healthcare services, business and consumer services, manufacturing, distribution, SaaS, consumer products, food and beverage, industrial tech, building materials, and construction services. He brings a unique blend of financial acumen, strategic insight, and real-world operating experience to every engagement. Before founding Centennial Peaks Capital, Dan held senior financial and operational roles at ProBuild Holdings, Inc., one of the largest building materials companies in the U.S., where he was deeply involved in its multi-billion-dollar sale to Builders FirstSource (NASDAQ: BLDR). He also spent time as a Senior Management Consultant at a leading advisory and accounting firm, specializing in M&A strategy, tax structuring, and operational efficiency. Dan began his career in sales and management consulting at Altria (NYSE: MO) and IBM Global Services (NYSE: IBM), experiences that helped shape his business mindset and his commitment to long-term relationship building. Dan earned a Master of Science in Accounting with a focus in Finance from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed CPA in Colorado and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses as a registered Investment Banking Representative. Dan has served on boards in the private and public sectors, including for companies, municipalities, and the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors. Whether advising on a business sale, recapitalization, or growth strategy, Dan’s approach is grounded in trust, transparency, and collaboration.
