About Dan Reeb
Dan Reeb is a co-founder and managing partner of Centennial Peaks Capital, LLC where he provides M&A advisory services to lower middle market businesses across a broad array of industry sectors. Prior to forming CPC, Dan served in various senior leadership roles gaining extensive financial and operational experience in sales and marketing, management consulting, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Dan has worked with and advised Fortune 500 public, Fortune 100 private, and middle market companies across diverse industries including: healthcare services, consumer and business services, SaaS, data analytics, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage brands, industrial technologies, building materials, and construction services. Dan received his Master of Science degree in Accounting with a secondary focus in Finance from the University of Colorado, is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado, and is a licensed Series 63 and 79 Investment Banking Representative. Prior to founding Centennial Peaks Capital, Dan spent 16 years working in market-leading public and private organizations and consulting to the middle market. Previously, Dan served in senior financial and operational roles at ProBuild Holdings, Inc., a Fortune 100 private company, including Finance Director, and was involved in the multi-billion dollar sale to Builders First Source (NASDAQ: BLDR), in July of 2015. Prior to ProBuild, Dan served as a Senior Management Consultant for a top U.S. public accounting and advisory firm, specializing in M&A transactions, taxation, and technology and process improvement services. Dan began his professional career in sales and management consulting with public companies Altria (NYSE: MO) and IBM Global Services (NYSE: IBM). Dan presently sits, or has formerly sat, on the boards of businesses, city governments, and the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors. |
