Dan Reeb is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Centennial Peaks Capital and works directly with business owners on M&A, recapitalizations, capital formation, and other major financial decisions. His role is straightforward: help owners understand their options, know what the business may be worth, anticipate where buyers or lenders are likely to push, and make informed decisions before committing to a path.
Over more than 25 years in finance, strategy, operations, and M&A, Dan has been involved in more than $2 billion of transactions with privately held middle-market companies and Fortune 500 organizations across business services, healthcare, construction and infrastructure services, manufacturing and distribution, consumer businesses, and technology. That mix of advisory and operating experience shapes how Dan approaches a transaction: not simply as a deal to close, but as a business decision with consequences long after closing. Dan received his Master of Science degree in Accounting, with a secondary focus in Finance, from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed CPA and holds the FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 registrations. |
